[@Quinntessential] Okay I got this idea of a little brother of Dom who kind of looked up to him but felt left behind when Dom entered the army. That, combined with all the expectations his parents had for both him and Dom suddenly thrown on his shoulders, made his teenage life (16 when Dom left, so now 26) pretty hard on him. Never the less he pushed through, got into Ivy League and then became Charman of the board of Dalton Pharmaceuticals.

Upon the return of Dom, he probably won't be very happy hearing the prodigal son returns and wasn't even cut from the Will. Giving Dom the other 50% ownership over DP and effectively threatening everything he built up. What do you say?
