[h2][b][u]OVERVIEW[/u][/b][/h2]
[indent]The Blackened Looters are a bunch of looters, of course, with a literal fucking tank and a load of scrap to use as a bargaining chip if they ever need to. However, they despise nearly all outsiders, they worship their cars, and most importantly live and very good homes. Finding their cars at night is like trying to find a living person in the middle of the desert.  [/indent]

The people of The Blackened Looters do not particularly live well off lives, many dying at a young age and infants dying as they born have made these people raid to gain more people if they possibly can. Though, like most other raiders, they use drugs and this drug lets the vehicles talk to the people of the settlement. The drugs involving the talking vehicles has led this group to revere their vehicles, going as far as to paint or tatoo cars, trucks, or the fucking tank onto themselves, thinking this will grant them luck in combat. Occassionally, they even do ritual sacrifices to the vehicles to improve their performance, but the lack of people has made that difficult. 

Seeing as how they live such short lives and people look down upon them for their looks, this group has grown to dislike many outsiders despite their need for people who can properly breed and those who mistreat their vehicles are even more disliked to the point in which they may just hunt down the person and kill them, that would be the least of hunted person's worries.

[h2][b][u]RESROUCES[/u][/b][/h2]

The Blackened Raiders sit on the border of a large junkyard which provides them with all the scrap that they could hope to want, leading them to use this seemingly endless source of scrap as a means to repay any damage that had been done to their defenses if needed. They also live fairly good lives as a majority of the random stuffs that they have are of Old War economy, unfortunately which none of this lot would remember. 

However, they have tools from the old world, albeit basic, but they work and things can be made with relative ease if they have the resources to build said item, which they normally do with all the scrap that they have available to them.

[h2][b][u]LEADERSHIP[/u][/b][/h2]

The general rule of being leader in this group is "Don't fuck up otherwise you are a heretic and must be purged." The people vote for a leader to represent them, acting as commander-and-cheif of the group while a seperate system makes the rules/laws of the group, followed by a group of five people to see if said laws truly benifit the group or not. Each, power has a series of checks and balances to other groups and the likes, basic US democracy. However, these lads just read a book and based their government on that.

The current leader would Jackson Gorefest, do not ask why he has that last name just don't. Anyways, he typically wearsa black coat over ripped clothing of any variety. For trousers, he wears khakis which signify his status as leader, yes khakis. For headwear. Jackson wears a plague doctor's mask which had been found in a strange area that may have been used to show people who recited history with their bodies. He captain's the FB, fucking tank, and is the only one who may 'speak' to the tank.
