[@Senor Herp] All I'm going to say is aim for a bunch of raiders who found military grade stuff and not a post apoc paramilitary band of asshole raiders. As you only have Old Worlds Blues, I'd wager that your guys have a much more limited capacity and knowledge of how the more advanced and complicated old world stuff works compared to that of the Collegia persay.
