[@Arawak]Ah, understood. I think it could be an interesting parallel that despite being nearly wiped out by the Dominion in the past the Tikali have gone on to overtake them technologically. That being said, I am in the process of fluffing out more specifics about the Dominion technologically(and virtually every way for that matter) because I realized my details were a little scant in a number of areas. The Dominion may be more advanced than initially let on but I suspect their general level of technology will still be below your own in a number of areas.
