Also I do wonder what the Dominion would do if one anti-matter would had a melt down so to speak.  Would it cause something to actually happen or just be a "Well shit, there goes food for Xernos 4"-type of reaction?

Also expanding Silent Imperium behavior and relations is in my interests.  The Solarians probably have no clue the Tikali are even a thing, but what of the Ouroburos or the Asvir?  I believe there may be contempt for the Asvir among the Silent Imperium's populous (viewing them as another 'monster' in the galaxy) but not among those at top who would rather just see them as neutral as those at top tend to be more interested in "acquiring new assets" than going all-out with military operations unless the time is "right".  Not to mention the Oath was to systemically kill off the Chelonians, not the Indiscarians or Asvir.

Also what sort of vibe is the UU meant to fill [@WrongEndoftheRainbow]?  This is important since they seem to be sorta like Q from star trek in niche or something.
