[@Hippo AF] I'm sorry, but I'm afraid I can't accept that specific character without some changes made. I specifically stated in my answer to [@ViolentViolet] that I didn't want any serial killers as a part of the survivor colony. I'd prefer the characters to only have to deal with outer-world dangers like zombies, raiders, hypothermia, and starvation rather than worrying about getting killed off by another player.
