[@User] [@BurningCold] Everyone chill. User, all of BurningCold's complaints were 100% valid. They are the same ones I had with the CS when I read it. BurningCold, like I said earlier, tone is very important -- even though you were right, there were probably better ways to get the message across.

User, since you fixed most of the issues I'm just going to go ahead and accept Skully. Is he going to be your primary, or was Charles going to be?

Also, to all: The only reason I haven't put the IC up yet is because I'm still writing up the Dossiers and sending them to folks. Some of you have already got them, others are still waiting. I'll try to finish that by tonight. As for the weapons section of the Technology area, I'm still a bit out of ideas and could use suggestions.
