[@JunkMail] My only concern would be that Henry might be too OP for the govt. to handle. He probably would have been killed on the spot unless there was some sort of way that he could control his size (like Bruce Banner/ Hulk). I like the ability, I'm just not sure about how he would function like that all the time...
