Yeah, I'd have to say that at least the methodology of that character (DL) needs to be changed. Especially if we're keeping to the original premise that these are all pure genetic mutations, in which case "eldritch power well" doesn't really fit in. If that sort of stuff is getting accepted then I might as well try to push my powerset that was rejected in the original incarnation of this rp. 
However, if you don't mind waiting a day or two, I can probably reroute your character's idea into a less overtly OP and more potentially OP down the line form. Up to you and SectretlyDiscord, though. 

[@Witch Cat] does, to be fair, have weaknesses that pretty well limit it, but my question is whether we're keeping the barred powers from the first incarnation, because there was a list and reality warping definitely falls under at least two of the banned sets. But again, really that's up to [@SecretlyDiscord].
