[@Lucidnonsense] Could very well be a possibility. Most Exiles are solo or hiding their powers as Exiles are a secret to normal people, while usually doubling as a Society agent when called upon. But there could be some more obscure, under-the-table facilities dedicated to training Exiles for those interested and smart enough to find them. Your idea could totally be possible.
