Well, given that I bitterly anticipate that 70% of our applicants are going to drop/fade, I'd say when we're close to starting the IC.

If the character count really drops, then I'll consider making those other characters, but I'll stick with two for now. lol

I mean, we have names like Ruby Rose, Flint Coal, etc, so I guess it goes both ways. I forgot what the official OC-naming convention says, so idk. lol
