It is the first recognizable syllable in his name as his language is still largely unspoken by the known world.

(General) Kae is a pure-lineaged human and apart from being slightly heavy set, quite honestly, not very different from any other homosapien. Bushy eyebrows, darkly medium length hair that is swept back, slightly tan skin, a squarish jaw and some facial hair going on around the face. Maybe the occasional brooding look? Though he seems a bit stiff when it comes to expressions, rarely smiling despite his occasional random bouts of laughter. His attire is mostly a set of hooded robes with intricate runes marking the belts that hold up a plethora of pouches, that are thick enough to provide some rudimentary form of protection. Often white cloth and red leather overlapping in a fashion that suits long distance travel, while trousers and sturdy boots take care of the rest. Most people can guess that he's a healer or a magician of somesort based on his attire alone. Though he does carry a hollow odd-looking apparatus, likely a wand, the lack of conventional weapons by his side further solidifies their conclusions.
(Without Hologram) But turn off the small light-emitting device sitting on his shoulder and one would find the face of an enemy. Tempered polyglass beneath the hood, a constant stream of everchanging words dancing across it's surface and cold hard metal framing framing it all in seamless, alien, artistry. Even though his clothes are real, beneath them lie an armor of material possessing lightness and hardness unseen by even the most skilled armorsmiths. ...and if ever fate would let you see the true form of this creature, on a particularly bright day where the Sun hangs high in Origin. Looking past the tinted glass, you squint for awhile ...and barely make out those orange animalistic eyes --- staring right back at you with unspoken savagery.

Pᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ
Despite being Llangeli who are known for their cruelty and immorality, this being is unusually sympathetic to the Aedralians. A fixer by soul, Kae is always looking to learn, improve and repair things around him, be it a bent blade, a fractured lamp or the occasional broken heart. He has almost a compulsion to make things around him 'better', for better or worse. Being 'mute' (or rather, incomprehensible) has not stopped him from doing so, to those he is willing to speak to - he often finds a way to communicate his ideas regardless of situation. Mostly through the use of a device, a Universal Language Application, which translates his speech into subliminal messages and optical imagery on a screen that conveys his intention wordlessly. It works both ways but not always accurately. And of course, miscommunication is no stranger to the Llangeli and leads to situations he often finds funny (but not to others). So he still makes an effort to learn the native language, bit by bit.
Hɪsᴛᴏʀʏ

👍♓❖♓●●♓♋■ 👍♋⬧◆♋●⧫⍓📪 ●♋⬧⧫ ⬧♏♏■ ♓■ ♍❒□⬧⬧♐♓❒♏ ♌♏⧫⬥♏♏■ ■♋⧫♓❖♏⬧ ♋■♎ ♌□❒♎♏❒ ⬥♋⧫♍♒📬💧♒□⧫📬 💣♓⬧⬧♓■♑📪 ◻❒♏⬧⬧◆❍♏♎ ♎♏♍♏♋⬧♏♎📬 ☼♏●♋⧫♓❖♏⬧ ♓■♐□❒❍♏♎📪 ■□ ♐◆❒⧫♒♏❒ ♋♍⧫♓□■ ⧫♋&♏■📬 I■♐□❒❍♋⧫i□■ CL♋⬧⬧♓♐♓I♎🖳 MAN◆♋● ✋■VEST♓♑♋⧫♓□■ RE❑◆♓❒♏♎

CLASS

Civillians who study and apply phenomena, Scientists don't often venture out of the Llangeli Armada. Preferring to work undisturbed on their experiments, only ever leaving to make new discoveries that cannot be found in their laboratories. Many tend to specialize in areas of niche studies such as quantum-physics, xenobiology, medicine and are no strangers to employing advanced technology in their work. Some scientists see the treatment of the natives as unethical and are branded as heretics by the military, who unfortunately, are the ones holding the guns they created.
Equipment: E.P.E.S (Environment Protective Encapsulatory System, the "Eeeps Suit") - The most important piece of equipment to any Llangeli, regardless of faction, is the exosuit they wear. Highly advanced, it not only serves to protect them from hazardous environments but also as a source of rechargeable electricity. Capable of absorbing radiation in all forms and converting it into a usable flow of electrons, it reinvigorates other Llangeli devices simply by touch. Though the suit's functions are myriad and many, it's most impressive feature by far is it's ability to slow the descent of the wearer when he or she reaches terminal velocity. Built with travel in high gravity planets in mind and used by militants to drop from aircrafts without worry, a graviton repulsion system is activated when such situations arise. To outsiders, this is nothing short of magic. Vile Llangeli magic. Microfabricator and Holo-emitter - A set of devices commonplace to the Llangeli, these machines are most valuable when in the hands of Scientists and Engineers (and ingenious civillians). They permit the disassembly and assembly of materials on a molecular level at relatively close range, allowing repairs, analysis and fabrication of simple substances on the go - provided they have the energy and the materials at hand. As well as communications and infomatic displays to be readily available. Most modern M&H are so small that these microcomputers resemble wristwatches. Positron Rifle - A handheld positron accelerator meant to deal with wildlife and other hostile xenofauna. This device fires a cluster of positrons, the size of only a few molecules, that collide with the first solid object they meet. Causing a very small localized explosion as matter and antimatter are sequentially seperated then recombined in the blink of an eye. It looks like a metal bar the size of a small shortsword, though quickly extending it's barrel and other features to full size when put to use.

Abilities: Llangeli Education (Racial): Quick to learn and even quicker to apply, the Llangeli culture prides itself on academics and their denizens show some degree of learning regardless of occupation. Kae understands concepts and how things work more readily than most, even those unknown to him before. Their structured way of thinking also lends the Llangeli some resistance to mind-control. Microfabricate (Equipment) (Scientist): Thrice per day (estimated, depending on task and available radiation), Kae can create substances or small objects from materials on hand within a very short frame of time. More complex items require his full attention as he guides it's creation and much longer periods of time. Scan (Equipment): Kae can spend time to scan and analyse the system of any object he has visual contact with, revealing makeup and potential flaws within. (Scientist) In the case of living creatures, He can then precisely apply the correct medicine to treat the defects he finds, by hand or with a small automated drone. Project (Equipment): In a pinch, Kae uses his hologram's protocol to conjure a barely tangible but exact replica of either himself or a hideous furred monster to distract/scare his foes momentarily. Lasting usually only around 30 seconds before it fizzles out unless he is controlling it. It also passively grants him an acceptable appearance to mingle with Aedralians. This cannot be used if his suit runs out of battery. Mutant (Personal): The Llangeli who live among the natives sometimes suffer from a strange condition that eventually turn them into insane monsters, many have taken precautions against this but not all succeeded in doing so - largely due to it's unknown nature. Kae's mutation was born of a series of unfortunate events and has slowly morphed him physically, giving him an unusual amount of bodily strength but at the cost of his appearance, immunity and eventually, his sanity.
