He stands at 6' 2", making him one of the slightly taller students around. His hair has darkened over the years growing up, losing the 'Light-Black' or silvery look to it. Now simply having the generic black hair, only with a few lighter strands and areas here and there, he does not come across as anything unique in that area. His Aqua Blue eyes don't exactly shine very much. Physic and build-wise, he doesn't boast muscle of incredible size, just simple arm and shoulder width, though you could not classify him as 'Lanky' due to him not being particularly lean. Inside Class, it is expected to wear the uniform of course. Being one for appearance to himself, that comes around as quite tidy. However, outside of Class, it isn't anything too over-the-top. A Comfortable, and flexible, light grey-overjacket provides him with decent coverage, a simple plain white buttoned shirt to go beneath it. The trousers are of a good practicality, being comfortable, resistant to moderate friction and flexible for movement; this is obviously also in a dark-greyish shading. Either way, it suits Sill to the point where he performs the best wearing this. Instead, Sill has just been 'There'. No one had really paid too much attention in the previous weeks for him to actually get into a unique place amongst the social standing. He can confidently engage in conversation with other individuals, though it may seem slow and awkward to start off with, but he usually is not the one to strike the first move. That being said, it has been noted down that his performance in battle is not 100% proven, due to the minor miscommunication that can occur. Sill was never open to the risky life. For him, going against the Grim was dangerous enough as it was. Sometimes, risky moves can be denied and argued against, as to him, there's usually another way around to solving the issue. After hearing the tales from other Hunters and Huntresses about the risks that have cost them greatly, his wariness had been put on alert-level. However, if it is entirely necessary, he has a tendency to volunteer and put himself in the dangerous position, only to allow those greater than he is to carry on if he were to fall in the heat of combat.[/color] [color=Silver][b][u]Background[/u][/b][/color] [color=Gray]Sill's parents, Aquo and Burgny, were obviously the inspiration of him. Being born in a small, lone homestead named [b]Hawk Tooth[/b], also a similar name to the weapon of his mother, he grew up originally with a carer to watch him grow up over the years. His parents' duty were active as much as it was, so seeing them would be a blessing. Every week, he would hype-himself up to hear his father's and mother's tales of their recent 'adventures' before the slumber. The family itself were not that rich, but were not in a state where money was an issue. They were happy as it was. However, Sill had to conduct a movement in household, when both his mother and father had to return to a high-active, though local, duty due to the recent sightings of large quantities of Grim. That being said, whilst his parents remained in a nearby-hunter camp, previously a farm, Sill was moved many miles away to an old friend of his father, Aquo. An Ex-Hunter, though older than his father, Sill was given to this man when he was just reaching his 5th year in age. The new carer's name was Lila, a very sweet woman who showed great promise in the child. She was supportive of the movement, and knew of Sill's future aspirations to become a Hunter like her parents and new carer. At this point, Sill did not mind the refuge he'd taken, as it provided him with safety, and he knew that his Parents were going to be able to return everything to normal. Years went on by, and within early-School life he was not one to take too much priority into friendships and companionship. All he wanted for was to be successful in the ways he saw, though he did not follow the lines of good communication. He spent a long time with Lila, having her give him early advice, techniques and stories to follow off with deep morals. The ideas of risks weren't forbidden to his belief, but rather discouraged. Either way, by the time he reached early training for Hunters, he developed his weapon following designs of his own, being told by Lila to find something that suited him more than suited everyone else. The rest of his life leading up towards Illuminate was very standard. He heard occasionally from his parents, and was happy where he was. Wising up when it came to certain socialising activities and exercises, he became a more able future-hunter, allowing him to pass most theoretical examinations with near-flying colours. Without anything special coming across, it developed the misunderstanding of certain pasts that some of the others may have had to face, making him quite bad at sharing personal problems. That being said, his time in Illuminate, when the time came, was to be an eventful one...[/color] [color=Silver][b][u]Nickname[/u][/b][/color] [url=http://pirates.missiledine.com/images/Pistols/bordaxerifle.jpg]Divine Harbingers[/url] [color=Gray]Two similarly shaped weapons, minus a few features, this acts as a combination weapon of two large hatchets, which can be fired via the triggers on both handles. These emit a short shotgun effect, peppering the area in front of him with large spread, making longer engagements more difficult. Made from a bronze, hard metallic material, it has been decorated and crafted in such a way that a natural effect of wood had been implemented on it, though these are mostly scratches. With range not being on his side, a recent adjustment before his arrival into Illuminate has shown him to apply a third combination. At the press of a button, one Harbinger folds its trigger away into the structure, the axe curving out into a sharp stabbing tool, and a magazine port to open on the side. When it attaches together, a more ranged semi-automatic rifle is revealed, allowing him to use range to his advantage. However, this being the lesser common use, his aim is not at the best. This can be used to strike quicker, turn to pull a shotgun burst into an oncoming enemy or even react to a far-away shot, and even for dodging certain regular attacks or dangers. Another use in which he uses it for, occasionally, is for when he's on the move. Giving a kick to his muscles and nerves, the use of climbing and quick, fast-paced movement when ascending to higher locations can be used to avoid the trouble of finding closer alternative routes. The semblance, however, does have a few drawbacks. Using it for too long can lead to short muscle weariness, which can leave him exposed for attacks if not at a safe distance. Sill prefers the use of short bursts when in combat, giving him enough energy to not effect him to any major level. When climbing, he makes sure it is of the upmost importance to reach there, meaning he may need to rest for several seconds before getting back into the action. This is the key-vulnerability of Pulse.[/color] [color=Silver][b][u]Dust[/u][/b][/color] [color=Gray]There are a few types of Dust that provide small effects to suit his fighting style. He uses a lethal and non-lethal dust for each type of fire-capability. The Shotgun effects use Fire Dust to create a lethal burning effect, whilst it can also be equipped with a light Lightning Dust ammunition to stun an opponent, though due to the configuration of the ammo there cannot be as many shots with this type. For the Rifle Variant, he uses another Fire Dust ammunition for lethal, though with more of a bursting effect, whilst the non-lethal variant comes with a single-shot Steam Dust round, which is used with high amounts of heated steam to disorientate the user and create a very-small smokescreen. The Hatchet Harbingers also come with a single Dust component to give it a little edge. Using small traces of Air Dust, the ammunition ignites upon impact of the blade, creating a small airburst impact. This is not constantly active due to the limitations on this ammo variant, as well as it being mainly used against larger targets or to stagger the opponent.[/color] [color=Silver][b][u]Other[/u][/b][/color] [color=Gray]Sill has a hobby for carving wooden models and woodcut images. He also tends to feel peckish for Chicken. He does play multiple instruments, as Lila had introduced him to.
