The drain part does work a lot more slowly than the healing, and she's basically unable to use it right now thanks to her fear.

Once she does get over it, I don't plan to have it being OP compared to everyone else. The only time when it'd be particularly powerful is if she overloads, and that'd have a bunch of consequences attached anyway. Just tell me if I do something you have an issue with, I guess :D
