Vulpix -- Vix, it is going to he Vix. There was a slight smirk on her mischievous little lips the moment his smile faded so abruptly when she called him Master. There was a button worth pressing she thought, that was going to be fun. Definitely. Yet he expressed concern over something which completely baffled her again! He was completely surprised by the fact she hadn't already a name, didn't he know that only Pokémon with trainers had a name? Recently formerly wild ones like herself would have no such thing. Surely, he couldn't be so daft. The little fox contemplated at first. Watching on as he conversed with a girl who had declared herself to be his rival. Amazingly, he didn't seem to take the matter seriously at all! This news he took lightheartedly once again, with a smile and a bow. With little regard to the challenge the girl had made. She wanted a battle, wouldn't he answer to that more decisively? Oh my God, he is that daft. This revelation came to her with remarkable swiftness when he spoke of battling when they next met again. Why not now? Why not just go on and get it over with?! Before she had a chance to prepare! Of course not. Of course he wouldn't do that. Instead he swung his arm to point to none other than the Fox herself! Blinking in surprise as she had been lost in the bereavement of learning her trainer was a bit of a fool, she stared while completely dumbfounded as he reached over to straighten her Kimono. Then he would introduce her, once again commenting about how she didn't have a name. Her cheeks puffed slightly out at the indignation if it all, but as he continued to speak with his newfound Rival, she would finally speak out at last. "Vix," she stated sharply. Interrupting the boy mid-sentence. "My name will be Vix. Short for Vixen, which is the name for a female fox. Does that work, Master?" She put an emphasis on the last word to tease him, but even with such torment to him; she couldn't help but feel happy she had been chosen by someone so kind. Kind enough even to help straighten her kimono no less. "Time also waits for noone, Master." She then began, with a slight but sincere smile this time. Instead of the usual mischief, it was a radiant thing to behold. "Shall we depart, and give your unworthy Rival a chance to meet her..." Vix's nose twitched lightly, catching the scent of the Pokémon within. "...Eevee I believe. She's going to need a lot of work. Goodbye!" Without another word and without waiting for Jaden, Vix made for the door, and was off into the bright world that lay waiting outside [@ Raijinslayer]
