Okay the promised update. 

Grandpa is stable right now fortunatly.
He needs to be transferred to another hospital cuz right now he is in the academic one and he can't stay there. But he will make it through the night.

Again the man was joking with the nurses, 92 and he has more humor while he is sick, than me at my best day XD
