Scout grinned confidently, pleased to have gotten Aki to laugh. To him, he considered that a success, as it was the first step to wooing her. Now came the next step: making himself look good with girls. In other words, bragging about himself. A LOT. "[color=ed1c24]Oh, I can do more than just 'walk the walk', I can RUN the walk. These legs of mine were [i]trained[/i] to go fast, and believe me, they're the best legs I could ever want. I have a team, right, and they rely on [i]me[/i] to do all the work, y'know, cuz I'm the best.[/color] Scout continued to talk, unaware that Aki was no longer paying attention to him. By the time Scout actually opened his eyes to look around, Aki was already finished revealing her theory about what was happening. 

"[color=ed1c24]Wait, what?[/color]" Scout said, not having caught it.
