The sound of clashing steel could be heard a good distance away, echoing through the abandoned halls, reflecting off of the once majestic stonework that covered every inch of the ruins that housed a number of figures, locked in a deadly skirmish. "You'll come back with us. To your homeland. That's not up for discussion." A low, but decidedly feminine voice said. Even though it got mixed with the sound of frantic swordplay, it was still loud enough to be heard by its intended interlocutor. "I said I don't know what you are talking about. This place you speak off, I never heard of it before." Another female, this one much younger than the first, replied between groans as she parried the blow of one of her foes, while taking another step behind, inching ever so close to the only exit she had, a stained glass great window giving in to a balcony that overlooked a fall right into cold, dark waters of origin unknown. "The fact that you do not recall it, doesn't make the truth any less true. Even if you escape here, you'll never be free." With a wave of the older woman's right hand, another four or five soldiers made of pure light took the place of those who had just been struck down by her quarry, pressing the girl further back. "Just live me alone! I don't know who you are or why you are trying to take me, but I won't go anywhere!" The younger yelled. A surge of pitch black, void like energy shook the whole hall, shattering the few intact glass panels, cracking the floor and walls as it caused more of the light soldiers encroaching the girl to disappear. Before the girl noticed she was already cornered between the balcony and her nemesis. The girl took a look over her shoulder to see that the fall would most likely be fatal, yet there wasn't much choice left to her by this mysterious assailant. "Stay away or I'm going to jump." She tried one last time to dissuade her foes with words. "I will not allow you to." The older woman said as she summoned a spear of pure, blinding light and shot it at the younger warrior.
