Kiara is a polyamorous pansexual, she isn't taken by any one person. Her and Vlad could totally hook up at some point. As far as her actually settling down with one person... Well, I'm waiting to see if something happens IC to bring her down that route. It's possible...

Long story short, although you see Kiki and Morgan acting very couple-y right now, it isn't love - not to Kiara. Not yet, at least. She is just as into Sulleykaar even if she's angry with him. (Which is only really evident in the previous editions of this rp, hence my long winded explanation)
