But I would challenge you on the stereotype, at least in my experience swords are viewed as a technique-weapon and is therefore used mainly by civilized people while the barbarians tent to prefer weapons that are fuelled by strength such as (over-sized) hammers, clubs and axes. I get what you're saying about the charm-thing. The way I've described it really makes it sound more like an ability than a passive trait. Let's just remove that part for now and have that as my first ability once I level up. I'll rewrite the guy into a knight instead, for the good of the team.
