[@Dusksong] Moves aren't limited to just the four used in-game. You can use whatever moves that the pokemon is capable of using.
Battling isn't so much a thing, but it's there. Still [i]very[/i] present, just doesn't happen as often because the Regime handles potions and items of that nature. Pokecenters have ceased to exist, and random strangers who still practice pokemon healing are few and far between. Basically, choose your battles wisely.
This RP is more about survival, in a sense.
