Just for clarification: Is the Guild Center the central administrative building concerning guilds, while Guild Halls are simply a building or set of buildings that an individual Guild would own?

Doing quite well. Spent most of yesterday sleeping off a relapse of whatever I caught over the weekend, though... Can't believe it's been a week since I put interest in on this roleplay. Never-the-less, I'll [i]definitely[/i] get both of my sheets done today or tomorrow.
