[@Kelewen] Each post we write will remove 1 point from Food / Water Gauge. 

When events happen ( or we initiate them ) I'll write things like " Melanie rolled a 10. Add x points to Health. If Health is 10 already the points will be added towards " X stat ". 

Special events will happen as we initiate actions. Like...searching for food or for water or scouting.
