Abilities/powers: She has the ability to transform matter into electricity, including herself and other people. She also can innately follow paths of electricity, she also heals when absorbing electricity into her, not bullet wounds or anything but minor fractures, bones, the like.

Additional Appearance/costume: Lucia doesn't wear any costumes or anything, she finds it harder to make synthetic clothing make the transition from matter to electricity due to some of the fabric's grounding properties. 

Personality: Lucia is inherently good, with one slight exception. It was hard not to be, growing up in small town of about 300 people with eyes watching your every move, where you're the niece of a Cardinal, and the daughter of the Mayor. Maybe it was just the fact that she could't understand why anyone would want to be cruel. Not to say she didn't have her less than peachy moments, she thrived on gossip and creating gossip and she wasn't peppy or bubbly but if you started a conversation with her, she'll keep it up with you. Her faith is also a big part of her, despite what the Pope thinks of mutants at the time. .
   
Special Skills: She speaks four languages, English, Italian, Corsican, and French and often speaks them all at the same time since she's only ever left the island of Corsica to go to the Vatican. She also plays the violin and is proficient in fencing, ballet, and tennis.

Brief History: As previously stated, she grew up in small town of Pietroso. Both sides of her family were from there and with a town that small, she was related to the majority of the town. She was the youngest of her siblings, the baby of the family if you will. The majority of her siblings were either moved out or moving out when she could first start remembering things. She was closest to her Uncle, and she had fond memories of growing up with him, until her mutation started showing. While he, and the rest of her family, publicly condemned her, he also set up for her to go to Xavier's, making sure she had more than enough in her trust fund for the rest of her life and putting her on the plan from Corsica, to Italy, to New York and making sure she got to the school in one piece. They still communicate, occasionally, and he really is the only family she has left. 
  
Relatives: Her mother, the mayor, her father, a doctor, and her uncle, a Cardinal, are the most prevalent members of her family, although she does have many aunts and uncles, and several siblings.
