[@Holy Soldier] Looks good to me, but 10 times seems rather excessive number of exposures just to learn an ability. We can simply RP it out and and let the Rule of Cool decide where the appropriate amount of exposure actually lies. [@Shadow Daedalus] Raiden is approved, I would just like you to keep the truly world shattering implications of his ability being able to manipulate subatomic particles confined to higher ranks. Also, have you not been getting notified whenever I post with the Ping List?

[@Ashevelendar] I don't see anything wrong with your CS, but I would like to see you expand on her personality just a bit more before she is accepted. A solid paragraph or two is all I'm asking for here, just to help paint a picture of what she is like. Also, this is more out of curiosity than anything else, but have you thought about how her Ability will scale in power as her rank increases? It's not a problem in the slightest, but perhaps a good thought to keep in mind as we move forward.

[@UberBlutwurst] Blaire looks excellent, so go ahead and drop her off in the Character Tab. I would appreciate it if you could provide some more in depth information on her Ability though, as in limits and other mechanics about it when you get the chance.
