I think a free posting order should be good. Normally I like posting order [i]but[/i] its quite true that those usually take quite a few days to continue, having to wait for said people to post. Busy schedules [i]will[/i] get in the way, and it is [b]very[/b] understandable and can be worked with. However, it should be known that if there's no forewarning or something of the like to let us know there will be set backs in anyone's responses, there will be a sort of 'probation period'. There will be a 3 day grace period. If we don't hear from you by that 3rd day, you'll be placed on said 'Probation' list. If it hits a weeks time, you'll be placed on an Inactive/Resigned list. :]

I think finding a normal ralts would be much more likely, but I'm not opposed to you finding a shiny one. You'll be the only one allowed a shiny, due to the rarity of shiny pokemon, and the fact you're the first to ask about it. :]
