[b]Brief History[/b] Oslad, like many of the provinces now occupying the Imperial Tsardom, were once havens for large and ever quarreling barbarian chiefdoms in the days of the first civilizations. Over hundreds to thousands of years, and countless occupiers, the lands of the Tsardom are now the bulkhead for what liberals call 'Reactionary' ideology. Standing like a bear on his hind legs, the Imperial Tsardom and the Osladian Tsardom stand together as a united front against the plague of liberalism. Together with a coalition of other grand empires and great houses, Oslad and her allies were able to bring down the liberal tyrants once, and they shall do it again in the years and wars to come. 

As of 1815, Oslad and the Imperial Tsardom at large prosper in the post-war era under the reign of Tsar Lubomir II, also known as 'Lubomir the Great'. The heir apparent, if Oslad is to continue holding her position as Imperial Tsar, is Lubomir's more progressive and pacifistic son, Anton. While Lubomir II preaches of the victory against the liberal hydra being a sign of 'empires to last for another century to come', the heir apparent continues calling for a peaceful solution and co-existence with the recent republics that now stand on the Continent at large. Surely, in time, the Tsar and his heir will be forced to come to heads and the Tsardom will have to make a choice.
