History ( you have to write a reason why he/she is serving at the Citadel ( only those with decorations or from rich families are sent there ) ) : Thainar has a interesting position in his clan. His mother is the daughter of the clan head and his father was a human noble who married into the family as he was supposed to be the next head. However his parents gave birth to a mage, because of the clans loyalty to the Empire and the fact that they made many of the weapons used by the Templar they weren't killed. Still giving birth to a mage is considered a curse and they lost their position of heirs to the clan as well as becoming shunned by most of their relatives. Thainar was born 2 yrs after all this happened and was raised as all clan males are they are trained in smithing and combat at a young age, he was a prodigy in smithing and by age 15 was considered one of the best smiths in the clan. This allowed him to be more accepted in his clan causing those who shunned him before to look at him separate from his birth. At age 18 he was taken by the Templar to be trained further as well as to be one of the people who made the bases of enchanted weapons, he made the weapons before they were enchanted. It was then that he created his own personal weapon, a large shield with sharpened edges. Predisposition to the Magi ( he/she may hate the Magi with all his/hers being or he may take a pity on them and be friendly ) : He determines his views on each Magi individually as he doesn't believe all of them are bad even though that is what he has thrown at him by the Empire.
Personality : He is friendly to those friendly to him but he doesn't go out of his way to make friends.
Notes ( things purely for story ) : Is Aelar's brother though neither of them are aware of this.
