I haven't familiarized myself with the site's backend, so all I can really say is that Mahz could use more effective means of taking out bots. It is, however, a street I personally wouldn't want to be on - he built this forum ground up for publicly accessible to all roelplaying, which means adding various measures of inconvenience for people registering = there goes potential folks... a balance between accessibility and fighting spam.

Personally? I'll take the spam as it is now over driving folks away with more harsh measures - roleplays go on uninterrupted, with the only things actually being disturbed are interest checks that need rebumping after a wave.

I can't go after Mahz very much given while I have done stuff with websites, particularly in the distinction of security, I haven't worked with something that quite fits this scenario.
