[@MonstrousMan] Solidify the group unity with agreed organisation. Democracy is fine for countries but groups don't have unifying proximity and pragmatic induced philosophies. So, if you don't apathy and disconnection will quickly scrawl over. Which is a problem you see in most RPs that seek to create active groups. Mobilize OOC and IC fun. Mae is good at that. I'd suggest you turn to her for experienced advice with engaging groups for funtivity. Establish events. In some of my earlier RPs we'd have temp event role plays that are designed to only last for the event. Like mystery murders. OOC events is also good, I would suggest poker or cards against humanity or something. Convey a sense of order for disputes within the groups by the group. It stops us brewing drama and getting bad rep with the mods when disagreements or issues rise up. It also finalizes the legitimacy of any sort of group. Big or small, if it can keep its own house. Shit, you're all wecome to my RP, brothers and sisters. Just. I'm moving slow and shit due to my wonky waves.
