Their observations would be rather astute, and if anyone would think otherwise, then they are a fool. Or blind. Rather known for her eccentricities, she has an odd fashion sense that can only be described as "Someone From Teknoh". She is missing her right eye, as it was destroyed in an accident revolving around the creation of her big robo-arms. Speaking of those arms, besides her not having an eye and having an eccentric fashion sense, she constantly wears those giant arms everywhere. Personality: Elisa can only be described as peculiar. She is hyperactive to the point of madness. She constantly yells whatever comes to her mind first without any regards to the consequences. She is rather smart, though it's rather hard for her to convince people that she's smart. She says enough dumb things (unintentionally, usually) that people think she's an idiot. She isn't sensitive about her height, though it is annoying for her when people bring it up. However, what peeves her is people belittling her or treating her like a child. She reroutes her hyperactive energy from eccentricity into anger. While in this state, all of her intellect allows her to become a walking thesaurus; she can call someone more names than they knew existed. Not that avoiding this topic will stop her wrath. She angers extremely easily. History: Elisa, like most other Machinists, was born in Teknoh. There, it's do or die. Invent and become an innovator, or die a simple consumer. She, even at a young age, was a creative mind. Though, the young Elisa's creations were always odd. The first invention that she had ever made was a coat rack that heated your coat for you. Mind you, it was heated using fire. The next invention was another coat rack, but this time, it was meant to hold up to 100 coats. Why anyone would have that many coats was a mystery. Despite this, her father, Elisa's biggest muse, encouraged her (but still mourned the loss of all of those coats). As Elisa grew up, her inventions advanced in scope and scale. Most of it was junk that was entirely useless. However, her father had given her a good idea for an invention. His father had lost his left arm in a large accident. Thus, Elisa poured all of her energy into creating a new prosthetic arm for him. All of the other arms were either irreversible or uncomfortable to use. Thus, Elisa, using whatever intellect she had, managed to create an odd alloy. Though created by pure accident, it would prove to be an extremely useful alloy. The alloy had a tendency to bend and move when certain amounts of magical energy were poured into them. The sensitivity could be adjusted, of course, but the most intriguing combination was when bars of living steel were added alongside it. This allowed it to behave like human flesh. A very metal human flesh. She begun work on this arm. Despite it being a bit heavy, it proved to be a useful prosthetic, allowing those who recently lost their arms to gain a new one while simultaneously feeling the same to use as the lost arm. She gave the arm to her father, a gift that was extremely appreciated. Soon, people began to offer money and materials for this arm. Elisa had to make them for everyone who paid. After all, she needed materials to further her research. However, she felt hollow. The arm was good and all, but it was a bit small and weak. Elisa began to work on the newer iteration. She used the A/B of her own design in the arms. The arms were significantly larger than the Mk. 1, mostly because Elisa wanted giant arms. When she tested them, they didn't work. At all. Too heavy. They also exploded. This caused metal shards to enter her eye. After a long surgery, she no longer had the gift of regular human vision. However, this didn't discourage her. She built another prototype, the Mk. 3. It used more expensive A/B, ones that she didn't make. It didn't blow her up, thankfully. The weight was still a big problem, however. She needed some way to make them lighter. Thus, she discovered a strange and complex way of essentially negating gravity. While the specifics are extremely complex, the simplest terms of it would be "Big Magic Fucks Gravity". With these giant arms, she created gauntlets to control them, and thus, she gained a giant pair of arms. However, her technological advances began to dwindle. The materials inside of Teknoh were limiting, to say the least. At least, what was available to a citizen. She, after a long decision, became a Diver to further her inventions. Of course, she needed a new weapon, in case her arms failed. Thus, she spent one half-assed night creating a half-assed gun. It was based on the simple mass-produced guns, but it had one extraordinary factor about it: Fashion. The gun looked really pretty, which is all that Elisa could have asked for. With gun in holster and giant arms on back, Elisa and her eccentricity left the city to find new materials for more inventions. Occupation: Diver, independent Machinist, inventor extraordinaire.
[sub]- - - - (Power Matrix)[/sub] Primary Focus: Arcane Magical Capabilities: Elisa has an extremely poor magical capability, like most other machinists. Her power is 1/100th of a newborn baby. Thus, while a baby would have a foot of twine as magical power, Elisa has an inch of thread. However, despite Elisa only having this tiny amount of magical power, she can still use it. Just not really do anything with it. She can use a relay with her gauntlets, though, which is useful. Body Modifications: None. Weapons and Equipment:

Panzerfaust Mk.3 - The third iteration of Elisa's Panzerfaust, it shows remarkable improvements over the previous two. From the first one, it is no longer like a prosthetic and is now a giant set of arms. From the second one, it no longer explodes. It is controlled by using the two gauntlets that Elisa almost always wears. Using a minuscule amount of magical power on the gauntlets sends a small relay that activates an A/B that moves the arms around. It works by using rods of living steel and one of Elisa's weird alloys as fake muscles, contracting and expanding as a real arm would. The innards are protected by a tough, bronze shell. While one may assume that this would weigh an absolute fuck-ton (which is correct), Elisa has invented an extremely complex system of A/B batteries and things she calls "Null-Stasis Balance Destabilizers" that allows the fists to weigh practically nothing until they hit something. At least until they run out of power. While one may assume that it would absolutely drain A/B batteries, the ones that she got slowly absorb power from the air. Meaning that if she doesn't use them during the night, they're fully charged for the day. Of course, that is only if she doesn't use the arms to fight. Attached to each palm of the set of arms are detonation devices for the Handgranate.
Handgranate - A byproduct of making the Panzerfaust Mk.2, the Handgranate is an carefully designed A/B covered in a thin metal casing. It is extremely cheaply made, but stores a small amount of energy. The most important part of the design is that they require an extremely precise amount of energy in an extremely precise blast to activate it. However, these batteries have a flaw; once any amount of energy is drawn out, everything erupts. Violently. Thus, the Handgranate was created, and its power to blow things up was, well, adequate. Due to the precise amounts of energy that can be detonated at different timings: 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 9 seconds, or on impact with something.
Gewehr - A simple one shot gun. Really, Elisa considers it her worst invention. Not inventive in the slightest. Still, it's a necessity of Machinist divers. It's strong, but not overtly powerful. Its power is, well, comparable to most mass-produced pistols. It's even made to use the same ammo as them.
Specialties:

Not really a good thing, but her depth perception is absolutely terrible. Thanks, only having one eyeball.
Great at saying dumb things.
Huge knowledge of arcane mechanics, but terrible at explaining them.
Infinite wealth of ideas. Most are terrible.
