[@EnterTheHero], still waiting on the character of course, so nothing about the character will be said until its completed. In regards to the machine, I would like to know how a rookie got his hands on a heavily customized machine (as opposed to Lara's custom machine which is just painted a different color) with him still being a rookie and all. The only other complaint I have regarding the machine is its appearance- The Fafnir's appearance is based off of the 'Graze' model kit from gundam, and the High mobility type  is based off of the 'Schwalbe Graze' model kit. Its just my own OCD talking, but I'd like a machine based on the Fafnir line to follow  the same appearance/design. The stats of the machine itself are fine as far as I can tell.

[@jasonwolf] The character is not fully completed, but I do have a few notes to point out: While it is likely that his father and his grandfather piloted MAS, its unlikely that would go on for that many generations- MAS are a relatively new development for UEE forces- the majority of which still use Aerospace fighters in combat, so they probably haven't been around long enough for a dozen generations of Daedlis' to pilot them. The idea of a second UEE defector on the team is a little worrying for me, but we can make it work. Also, why did he send a message to the Coalition and not try to be a whistleblower in the UEE? From his background, it appears that his advantage to the Coalition is design information, and not piloting prowess, so why is he in a combat setting with an elite unit instead of in the backlines with R&D labs telling the Coalition about the secrets of the UEE MAS program? Just things to think about.

Also, a 6 gauge shotgun? Is Izic trying to kill a man or a truck? Speaking from personal experience, a 10 gauge shotgun is enough of a bitch to fire, firing a 6 gauge is like asking to dislocate your shoulder in return for mutilating an enemy. 

Now, with the Atlas design, it seems more fitted to a Heavy chassis than a medium chassis. you'd be able to afford to give yourself (even more) defenses and even respectable firepower with a heavy chassis.
