Apologies I just got around to this, but the OCs here are all more or less ok. My only issue is with Hemlocks semblance. It doesn't really seem to have a drawback and eliminating a person within 5 minutes seems like he'd win a lot of direct confrontations with relative ease. 
Also whilst I do want to keep the focus on the first years, [@Sho Minazuki] has 2 second year OCs too, figure it's best if you two work out arrangements for the second year team.
