Ed and the Vigilante were eyeballing each other across the room after Ed made a remark about the bandanna wearing hero's old school cowboy gun spins. Lady Nightmare was stalking Cecil like a cat does a mouse, almost like she caught a buzz from the atmosphere. Only Daz and the Shark REALLY knew what the plan was. Rescuing the Prof. and his son were priority, even if it meant sacrificing an inmate or another scientist to make it happen. Daz and Waller both had devices capable of making the nanites in the criminal members of Task Force X explode. They had a few human sized hand grenades, if they needed them. Waller figured she'd go ahead and enlighten the Vigilante, who'd asked about the mission before being aggravated for his cowboy gun skills. 

"The mission is simple, cowboy. Daz and Team 1 will move in and get past any security defenses and get the Professor and his son out of the panic room and evacuate them to safety. The rest of you in Team 2 will distract or destroy the creature long enough for Team 1's evacuation..." Waller explained. 

"But what if we don't kill this thing? Its the size of a Greyhound bus..." the Red Ghost asked now in his hooded red and black attire. 

"Then my friends in the government will destroy the lab, Mr. Stevens." Waller said with a cold look on her face. 

"So, hey." Cecil addressed Waller now, but every once in a while his eyes flicked back to the nightmare lady, or down to his phone.  "Do we have access to their notes?  I'd like to know a few things that might help figure out what's happened. If you like, you can download any pertinent files to my phone..." he held his phone up for any of the guards to take and one of them handed the device to Waller who stepped on the thing and broke it.

"You can have your tools, Cecil. Information is need to know, and I'm not dumb enough to give you back YOUR phone for the mission..." Waller continued on. 

"Ghost, Cecil, Ed, you're all with Daz. Vigilante and Shark will head Team 2, with Lady Nightmare, Lovecraft, and Acid backing them up. NOW LET'S GET MOVING PEOPLE." Waller instructed as even the silent pink alien girl stood more at attention. 

[b][u]Hours later, El Paso Texas...[/u][/b]

The team got off of a helicopter type vehicle but it looked more like a tank. Agents of ARGUS were sanctioning the area off, and there was absolutely no media covering this strange occurrence. The teams went in their own separate ways, with Team 2 going into the main part of KORD Industries' lab loud and ready to kick some ass. Very few scientists were left still hiding for their lives. Team 1 went down several hallways before coming to a stairwell. The moved down before a large [b][url=https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236x/ee/7a/7e/ee7a7eebb42c7ef8974f3016dfedcd41.jpg]blue humanoid robot[/url][/b] came into view. Probably part of Kord's defenses. It would need to be taken down.
