Subject is caucasian male, Age 15. Height and build both slightly smaller than average. Facial structure is sharply angular and well-defined.

Subject's skin is intensely pale & posesses bleached white hair - this appears to be a by-product of the research process, as subject did not exhibit albino traits prior to commencement of testing. Eyes shift through visible colour spectrum at random, further testing indicates elements of colour beyond the observable spectrum.

Notable physical markers include a scar on the abdomen from appendix removal prior to Subject's committal, and a small birthmark in the vague shape of am anchor on the left cheek.

Subject has shown a remarkable increase in visual and auditory processing ability, considerably exceeding the Institute's initial expectations. Subject has displayed a capacity to see colours far beyond the visible spectrum and hear sounds far beyond the auditory capacity of any human. Regrettably this has resulted in several unanticipated side-effects including but not limited to Subject experiencing uncontrollable fits of anxiety, and several escape attempts where Subject was able to use their abilities to evade capture for several hours on numerous occasions.

That looks great. Lol you have plenty of time to finish your CS as there has been little interest so far. However I do believe this RP can get interest as I did the original version and that got enough to start.
