Ignoring anything beyond the topic of this thread, I actually harbor an intense dislike of the Witcher fandom. Yes I get it that your game is a "well crafted masterpiece" with combat that "you actually have to think about" and a "deep, rich fascinating plot and lore" and proceed to shit on games like Dark Souls and Skyrim. To me, comparing Skyrim to Witcher is a pointless exercise in futility as its basically trying to compare competitive LOL/DOTA/HOTS to the Adventure Time MOBA (that shit was dope btw). Yes they're similar games but Skyrim is one of those games where you aren't supposed to be constantly challenging yourself with enemies that have some 20 odd attack patterns and abilities; its a game for you to unwind and relax in, get immersed, go get some cool mods and just absolutely rek bandits and wolves in. In addition, Dark Souls does everything Witcher does with a much less of an obnoxious fanbase for me. Witcher is known as a hard game, Dark Souls is known as the game basically set up to kill you at every turn and you will die (coming from the person who literally managed to die within the first 30 seconds of DS2 by falling off a cliff), plus Fromsoft internally trolls the fuck out of its players like by not actually giving you a tutorial in cutscenes but in gravestones that you can destroy and render unusable. Also, until the day that Witcher has a contest that pays people money for trying to explain the lore, its tag of being a comprensive lore can go and fuck itself since its null and void. Also, love-hate relationship with FNAF, I find the way it tells its narrative and lore to be super interesting as its never ever just fully stated outright but yet fans have managed to piece together this massive plot and stuff (Dark Souls also has this super interesting narrative style so more points to them). The fanbase of FNAF is basically the Undertale fandom in that its a bunch of screaming, raving children trying to make bad memes only they have a jump scare fetish.
