I suggest that potential new trainers read the [b]0th IC post[/b], then the [b]0th Characters post[/b], and lastly the [b]0th OOC post[/b]. The Oth OOC post is the largest, containing the RPs manual. By starting with the other 0th posts (IC and Characters) the 0th OOC post will become a much easier read.
