There's a few people on this site who have art shops available for it, but otherwise you're better off going to somewhere like DeviantArt, like [@BrokenPromise] just said. I'd say take a look at those art shops on this site, and if it doesn't work out try looking elsewhere. There's plenty of places for that sort of thing.

I actually have a contact on DeviantArt who does commissions; his art is anime-ish though, so not what you're after.
