In the extended state it is used like a whip and if used right can be wound around a target.

[b]Semblance:[/b] [i]Temperance Shock:[/i] Amber can generate electricity from her body and shock others by touching them. She can conduct this through her weapon or other conductive material and whoever gets hit by it gets shocked. She can also course the electricity through her own body almost doubling her reaction time, this uses a lot of energy and depending on the usage could leave her temporarily paralyzed.
