I’m sure the idea of the character Lucius or his son Lucas would be palpable as long as you recognize that Luke’s potential alis, Batwing, would likely be something that hasn’t developed yet. I’m fairly certain GG doesn’t validate any system of reserving slots— but I don’t speak for him completely. It is safe to assume since you’ve announced interest that he wouldn’t review a Luke or Lucius CS (whichever you decide upon) until your CS was completed however.
