If someone would need help , any kind...she will try her best to help that person. No matter what. She is an open person , she doesn't hide things because she doesn't have things that need to be hidden. Anything she does can be learned from just asking her. No matter how private or not so private that thing is. When talking about other people's secrets she knows how to keep her mouth shut.
When Alexis decides to do something , nothing gets in her way. She is known to do things that other people find impossible ( like Sky Diving ( in the real world ) and things like that ) and if she doesn't succeed in her first try she continues 'till she either collapses or finishes that thing she wants to do.

[@BurningCold] As for Ork, given his personality and past life, I think his talent would be a proficiency in intimidation. That's kinda nifty, right? Basically, the chance of intimidating his foes is higher, but this will vary depending on your opponent and situation.
