Thirty plus years in the circus and about 12 years of freak show work and you learn a thing or two about fear. Well, should say how to at least really creep people out by using illusions and other abnormal methods to get what he needs. 

Brief Bio:
Blinky has always been in the circus life starting with his mother and father who were trapeze artists for Devaulti Circus and freak show. The two usually brought in the most people thanks to their death defying stunts. Their son however, followed a different route, opting to become a magician at the young age of 5 as an apprentice to an Italian magician by the name of Antonio de Galo, he begun his long life within the circus. Overtime he acquired many different traits that added to his unique repertoire of talents, most of which D. Ark found quite useful.
