Just letting you all know that we still have to work on a few things, throw up the rules which are pretty obvious things.

Just want to throw this out there though that people can be as creative as they want with their powers since this is anime/manga inspired (I personally don't mind RL pictures since it's all just a rough detail of how the person looks xD) 

Also although we use the term super soldier they do not have to be the traditional soldier you're used to, however if that's what you want then that's completely fine xD
