Character Name: Iksander Zeva Title: Prince of Valor Character Age: 17 Character Gender: Cis-male Nationality: American of Greek descent Appearance:

Personality: See that guy, standing in the back with a bemused smirk on his face? That's Iksander Zeva, the oddly charismatic bundle of trouble. At first glance, he appears to be lackadaisical, and...well, it wouldn't be far off, as far as his civilian form goes. As a civvie, he's easily the type of person whose name brings certain images of discomfort and doom, and let's not forget the trademark phrase of "It's more fun this way." There's no doubt that Iksander is a daredevil and a junkie for things that can either interest him or challenge him, and that isn't likely to change anytime soon. For whatever reason, people still tend to follow his suggestions. Even he questions why at times. At least, that's what he'd like for you to believe. Thrill-seeking mentality and laid back attitude aside, Iksander is the type that makes an effort not to get too attached to the people around him. It's easy enough for him to socialize and play the part of a lazy high school kid, and easier still to play the part well, but a background of loss has never been the best way to nurture a personality that's eager to make fast friends. His active distancing, however, makes him highly protective of the few that manage to worm their way into his heart. Lay so much as a finger on the few that he cares for, and he will strike you down with the force of a storm. Faction: Moon Prince Magical Weapon: Chivalry - A spear that stores power over the course of a battle. In terms of durability, Chivalry is beyond any typical spear, but it's still prone to breaking in intense battle. Fortunately, it can repair itself given enough time--the longest that Iksander has had to wait was 4 hours. Chivalry's primary ability is the ability to gather energy the longer it's used in battle and release it in bursts that can be used to increase its force on impact. It cannot store energy once broken, and releases all residual energy in a blast if broken before being drained. Honor - A small, simple mace that can be wielded with one hand. Much like Chivalry, Honor can amplify its force on impact, but not to the same level as Chivalry as it cannot store energy. Honor is significantly weaker than Chivalry, but easier to wield in tight spots where a spear is too unwieldy. Between Honor and Chivalry, the former is Iksander's weapon of choice, though he'd prefer a gun over all else. Magical Abilities: Morality - The base of Iksander's strength overall is his moral compass. His abilities grow stronger so long as he believes his actions are just. Should he see his actions as immoral, Iksander's ability as a Prince weaken considerably--sometimes even to the point where he becomes useless in a fight. Heaven's Sword - Iksander's primary method of attack. He can conjure magical blades (appear as condensed light) that can be launched at a target. They grow weaker the further they travel from him, dissipating completely at no more than four meters from Iksander's starting position. He can also have them stay in place if necessary, though keeping them conjured can be draining. Regardless of whether they are launched or kept in place, they burst about half a second after impact. The number of blades that Iksander can conjure largely depends on where his moral compass is pointing, though he can average at four. Oath of Fealty - Much like a traditional knight, Iksander's strength is at its greatest when fighting under the banner of his lord. Unfortunately for the Prince of Valor, he can only swear his loyalty to one person. Making use of the oath boosts Iksander's strength to levels far greater than he would normally be capable of, but only when working under the wishes of his chosen lord. Conversely, should he raise arms against his lord, his abilities might as well not exist--oh, and the pain that accompanies breaking his oath would likely prevent him from being useful. Strengths: In straight combat, Iksander is tough to match primarily because of his unpredictable nature. Coupling this with his natural athletic ability, it wouldn't be hard to believe that Iksander is made for reckless fighting. Weaknesses: Despite being quite combat-oriented, Iksander doesn't like his weapons much. He's better off fighting at a range thanks to his hobbies, but his weaponry is largely...well, it's not useful at a range. Furthermore, his personality and behavior tends to put him at odds when fighting in a team. Not that he's disgruntled and difficult to get along with, he's just a wild card that nobody wants to do guesswork with. Biography: Prior to his life as a [s]Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle[/s] Cosmic prince, Iksander was a bit on the strange side--and by strange, one should take that as "prone to doing weird things and then having people follow him for reasons nobody is aware of." Iksander was, by and far, the slacker that drew attention solely because he was on the hunt for thrills and interest. Perhaps that was why he rarely put effort into his studies, frequently blowing off the monotony and ease because it failed to present a challenge to him. Perhaps that was why nobody knew what to make of him--unpredictable, reckless, and seemingly fickle. The only predictable part about the boy was that he would stop at nothing if it meant taking care of his makeshift family. It was common knowledge that he and his sister lived with their aunt and grandmother for reasons he kept to himself, but it was blatant that he would do anything to protect the status quo of the place he called home. They were, despite their eccentricities, a happy family. Ah, but all good things come to an end far too soon. Iksander was fourteen when his aunt disappeared. She simply walked out for work one day and never returned. Rumors had spread, of course, for it was such a sudden shock in the monotony of daily living. She was tired of being the breadwinner, tired of of taking care of children that weren't hers. Tired of being a single woman burdened with more than she could handle. It was all Iksander could do to protect his sister from hearing the worst of them, but with each passing whisper, it was harder to deny the flicker of doubt in the back of his mind. With such thoughts plaguing his dreams, it was only natural for him to cling to the concept of Cosmic Princes when an older boy sought him out, and he had the only reaction he could fathom: absolute devotion to his newfound duties. How deep he plunged into the hunt out of desperation to believe that the world at large had taken his aunt away. It was easier to believe than the rumors that filled his ears like cotton each day, less painful to consider than the idea that it was his fault. So he told himself every day as a Cosmic Prince that the Witches and Shadows were at fault for the despair that he couldn't fend off. Every day so that he might begin to believe it.

Character Name: Srebrenka Zeva Witch Name: Asimi Character Age: 17 Character Gender: Cis-Female Nationality: American of Greek descent Appearance:

Personality: Srebrenka is her own worst critic. Cruel and critical on her failures and frequently doing a number on her own self-esteem despite not having much reason to. She fakes it until she makes it when in public, but suffers from less-than-fantastic development emotionally. The girl struggles to make meaningful connections with others and can develop irrational attachments that border on dependency to those that she's exposed to for long enough periods of time. Thanks to this, Srebrenka can be struck with loneliness while surrounded by her peers and typically feels a sense of anxiety revolving around the opinions of others. Despite her self-perceived shortcomings, Srebrenka is perceptive and far more intelligent than her typical demeanor would imply. For all that her family treats her like a fragile doll, the girl doesn't have the bright-eyed optimism that one might expect. Rather, she takes in knowledge, and without a guiding hand, allows it to churn in her mind until it twists to fit her own helpless views. Feelings of inadequacy and a deep-rooted fear of rejection have plagued and shaped Srebrenka into the less-than-strapping young woman she is today, digging her claws in deep for any semblance of control. At least she's got a smile that could trick poker masters. Familiars:

Soma is a grumpy type of fellow. Though typically the size of a German Shepherd, Soma can grow to the size of an exceptionally large dog on his own abilities. He's easily the most intelligent of Srebrenka's familiars and the overall leader of the trio. Despite this, the canine rarely, if ever, leaves the girl's side unless ordered or provoked. He can be imbued with Srebrenka's blood to increase his size.

Small for a sphinx, but cunning like her base. Though physically the weakest of Srebrenka's familiars, she's quick and perceptive, and capable of spitting small amounts of fire. She tends to be independent and rarely listens to orders, and frequently goes off on her own without warning. Amaroq can be imbued with blood to increase the strength of her fire.

If raw power is what Srebrenka needs, Gilbert is the one to go to. He can swim through the air like water and cuts through water like a knife. Though a bit belligerent, the kelpie tends to act protectively over his fellow familiars...but he's pretty violent once riled up. Much like Srebrenka's other familiars, he can be imbued with blood to increase his raw strength. Magical Weapons: Empress's Scythe - Is it considered a magical weapon if it's fake and likely to be a self-induced crutch for her more powerful abilities? Because that is literally all that the "scythe" (it's made out of crafting foam and plastic) is. The scythe was formerly a part of a Halloween costume she made with her family. Honestly, the only thing magical about it might be that she actively has to make it grow to a proper size. She can swing it around and such, but it's easy to break (and repair. She's broken it while playing before). Magical Abilities: Spell Crafting - In particular, spells of wind and ice. Crafting a spell requires a handful of steps, the first of which being to obtain a medium to evoke magic from and the second being an incantation. While the words of the incantation aren't important, they act as a catalyst to focus the more chaotic energies gathered through her magic. Her spell crafting is limited to the generation and molding of wind and ice and typically uses mediums that Srebrenka has formed an attachment to (for example, a blanket or a teddy bear from her childhood). Blood Buff - Most of Srebrenka's abilities gain strength through the use of her blood. Though she doesn't need open wounds to implement blood into her abilities, she still loses the blood. Using her blood provides a drug-like euphoria that can be addicting, especially for someone like Srebrenka. She does feel the effects of blood loss when she uses her blood to increase her abilities frequently in a short time. Spell Crystallization - The utility belt of magic, as Srebrenka refers to it. By using her blood, Srebrenka can craft spells to be crystallized and stored for later. In their physical form, spells can be activated with shorter incantations than on-the-spot crafting. However, without an adequate amount of blood, crystallized spells are less effective. Furthermore, they're less stable and if hit with enough force, can violently release stored magical energy, and are easier to disrupt, dispel, or redirect prior to activation thanks to their physical form. Emotion Consumption - Much like spells can be crystallized, Srebrenka can solidify emotions if the concentration of desirable ones are high enough. Consuming them can restore stamina or relieve pain like a drug, though they do not heal Srebrenka's wounds. Unfortunately for Srebrenka, solidified emotions don't have a long shelf life, so to speak, and fade away after about two hours, so stockpiling isn't an option. She can only solidify negative emotions such as loneliness or self-loathing. Strengths: Srebrenka is a quick learner and possesses fairly high muscle memory potential. Her real strengths lie in strategies and tactics over straight combat thanks to the fairly utility of her abilities. Weaknesses: As someone that's spent very little time in athletics, Srebrenka has little to no combat experience. In addition to this, her stamina isn't exactly off the charts. Furthermore, her self-critical personality tends to get her into her own head, which often results in crippled judgment. Biography: Srebrenka grew up with her brother constantly trying to protect her from the world, and she never understood why. Unlike her brother, who learned through experience, Srebrenka picked up her cues from the world through keen perception. It was that perception that drove her to the ground, for she always found something wrong with everything she did. There was always something that she could improve on, and her mind amplified each failure to perform like a high-powered microscope. Watching her brother succeed with seemingly little effort only pushed her harder, and knowing he did everything to protect her bore at her heart until it threatened to break under the pressure. When their aunt disappeared, Srebrenka was quick to notice how everyone around her changed, and quicker still to see how easily control slipped through her fingers. After all, she'd always struggled with mediating her emotions, and with so much pressure added to her, the girl couldn't do anything but grasp at straws for the sweet release of control. All she had wanted was stability, and so she turned to the presence that had always been by her side. But he wasn't there. Her brother had changed, just like the others around her, and it led to a storm of emotions that Srebrenka could not control. In the three years since their aunt's disappearance, the single constant in Srebrenka's life had drifted away. More nights where he came back at first light, if he came back at all. Perhaps she never needed his protection, but his presence had meant everything to the girl...and it's high time that the storm be allowed to break free from its tranquil vessel. All it needs is a little push.
