[b]History (Synopsis) -[/b] Maddox Taldryn calls the town of Pylas Talaear when he is not out on patrol, which seems to be more and more as of recent months. As a teenager he had found employ with Lord Ector Flint, training to fight amongst his ranks. However, before he sixteenth birthday he would defect to follow King Wolfric Angoril when he was given an ultimatum whilst in the field. He had been training with the Crimson Knights as a squire for about four years. It was just recently that he had become a full fledge Knight partially because he was qualified but mainly because of the dire need King Angoril has expressed for fighters to join his cause and aid in the retention of his throne. 

Currently, Maddox patrols the northeastern area of the Sundering Peaks only miles away from Taer Kalindal Castle and his former master Lord Ector Flint sits fighting against the King. While he has maintained control over the surrounding land, Lord Flint has not been able to truly break the King's defenses of the surrounding towns and cities. Maddox, however; has found success in defending the realm against those who would speak out against the King. He hopes to retire in the King's service and perhaps acquire a lordship of his own.
