He’s also very hot-tempered, enough that he can blow up an entire building if he was really that angry. Despite this, he does show respect to his master and is very loyal in such regards. As part of the Kamikaze Guard, not only is he loyal, but he’s also extremely determined to get the job done. He hates to leave a mission unfinished and will not stop thinking about it until it has been complete, often revisiting it on his own terms to finish what he started. Despite looking calm in battle, he sometimes tries and take calculative risks that can be seen as rather cocky to other mages. However, almost all of the time, these risks do indeed pay off. When it comes to his teammates in the Kamikaze Squad, despite his lack of interactions with them not having to do with kindness and warmth, he does come to their aid when it seems that they are on the verge of defeat. While it takes some preparation, one can simply generate them and alter their molecular structure in order to create extremely sophisticated solid constructs to provide assistance or mold metals for combat oriented purposes. In addition, each metal he wields has a different purpose in battle, with some being weaker and/or stronger compared to other metals, usually having a unique property to combat certain magics. For Example: Copper is one of the more weaker metals in Hordiko’s possession, but is great in countering against electrical attacks since it’s a good conductor. Platinum is the strongest metal in the user’s possession, being used to tank out damage and also deal a heavy amount itself, only being that it takes up a huge portion of the user’s energy. While Hordiko can use virtually any metal in the periodic table, he usually wields the following metals: copper, iron, gold, platinum, and on rare occasions, if he can get his hands on it, uranium. (Silver is a slightly stronger option, but takes up more energy so it isn’t used too often) [*] [b]Iron:[/b] A strong and sturdy metal, it is one of the most well used of the metals. It can dish out some good damage, but has no up or downsides, making it the default metal in the magic. [*] [b]Gold:[/b] Gold is mostly used as a reflector in shields, having also the ability to resist most acid attacks (minus Aqua regia) and is easily malleable, but is weak against physical attacks. [*] [b]Platinum:[/b] The strongest of the metals, it can be used to pierce through solid rock and is incredibly durable for protection. However, it uses a big chunk of magic power, so it’s only used as a last result. Only the acid combination of Aqua regia can burn through it. [*] [b]Uranium:[/b] While not as strong as platinum, it is certainly one of the most deadly of the metals. Known for its radioactive properties, it can be used to severely damage an opponent and issue radioactive poisoning. Being a radioactive substance, the user is able to be exposed to limited amounts of radioactivity, for roughly around one minute, before it begins to poison the user. If any bullets are fired at the user, the user can stop the bullets in mid-air and repel them back towards the firer. It also allows the user to summon various animals that are known to carry such sickness. It even often gives it's user a limited immunity to these pathogens, but still recommended that they use gadgets such as a gas mask and protective goggles to make sure the illnesses do not corrupt and kill them. The user can send out a gas, dust, or cloud, or fluid with the illness in it or makes physical contact and makes the illness inside the the chosen target. One clear weakness is the limited range of attacks that don't use the summons, but the summoned creatures fix this issue. Most of what can be summoned are weak on their own, but are lethal in large numbers. Illnesses are often triggered in an opponent via activated touch or activated contact with said victim’s body (Yuki can still be approached regularly for she only activates "lethal touch" on her command). You might even say he’s the most sane and likable people in the group, if not one of the more “boring” of them. However, while he looks calm and collective on the outside, the inside tells a more grim tale. Having been cursed in trying to balance out both his Yin and Yang, both light and dark side energy constantly battle in order to take control of Kuragari’s body, which if one takes complete control of the other, will kill him regardless. The light tries to forcibly keep him calm, while the dark tries to unleash his inner rage. This depresses him emotionally, while also struggling to keep them in check. He doesn’t want to kill, but at the same time tries to passively resist the inner temptation. Only on the rare occasions that the two powers come together to make Grey Light, does he feel more at peace and in fact more alive than ever, despite it usually being temporary. Light magic is a more defensive form of magic, often used in the creation of shields and healing powers, but also offers a good chunk of divine destruction if it’s used in an offensive manner. Dark Magic on the other hand is mostly used as an aggressive offense magic, having the ability to fire destructive darkness beams and projectiles, as well as enhancing the user’s physical strength. Grey light is a combination of the two, a perfect balance of one another, which if used in a powerful beam it can wipe out several blocks in just a few seconds, and if in a shield, can protect the user from just about anything. However, there’s a catch to this. While the user can wield these powers, he has to keep both his light and dark sides in balance, for if one strays too far to the light or to the dark for too long, it will eventually kill the user. In fact, this magic power was designed more as a curse rather than a pure gift. If he goes too far into the light, he will burn off the face of Earthland. If he strays too far into the dark, it would corrupt him and render him unstable, ultimately causing him to be drained of his energy and die. Kuragari is the only mage in all of Earthland to wield this magic, considering that it was supposedly given from a goddess-like being, making him the sole user of this magic ability.
