General Oliver was disgraced, and ended up drinking himself to death in the aftermath. 

Caesar's Legion still holds lands in Arizona, all thought its starting to splinter. Legate Lanius is the current Caesar.

Thank you. Did the Courier help the NCR out during his travels? I would assume so given they won despite what terrible condition they were in without his interventions but I guess there could be other reasons they won too.
