I'd prefer you use an actual image for Alma's appearance. Then as for her quirk, I have to say no to that; at least I don't want some sort of direct influence over others. This is sort of a fandom RP and in the series, abilities that influenced others directly were quirks that focused on mind-control and cognitive function impairment. For the former, the prerequisite was answering the user's questions while the latter's prerequisite to work was to make those targeted by her quirk laugh first.

Aside from that, the character's pretty solid.
