Sounds interesting!

Quick question for those of us that don't know weapons that well (me): Would a Mobile Sniper-Class FRAME be viable, like an anti-tank rifle or something that couldn't be wielded by conventional troops? Also, how well would one need to know gun-speak (or be able to Google your gun-lingo) to keep up?
