I will be using a Class/Race homebrew I recently purchased from DMsGuild known as Paragon Races.

To add upon the Paragon Races; the following is (in summary) what transpires:[list]
[*]Paragon races have an option to increase their Paragon 'Tier' level during the Ability Score Improvement (Levels 4, 8, 12, 16 and 19)
[*]Each Tier provides a set of benefits for the Paragon; Tier 1 provides Racial Magic and Superior Weapon Training, Tier 2 provides Martial Adept feat with an added list of maneuvers (at least one maneuver must be from this added list), Tier 3 provides specific combat advantage and superior vision, Tier 4 provides more feats and the Fifth Tier provides true sight and an enchantment ability
[*]Paragons have more options on how to spend their Inspiration[/list]
